Dr. Lock graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in 1979. He was a resident in Pediatrics at Yale-New Have Hospital from 1979-1982. He was a fellow in Developmental Pediatrics at the Kennedy-Krieger Institute at the Johns Hopkins School of medicine from 1982-1985. He was an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Kennedy –Krieger from 1985-1989. From 1989-2003 he was on the faculty of Pediatrics at the Robert Warner Rehabilitation Center of the Women’s and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Most recently serving as Acting Medical Director of the Robert Warner Rehabilitation Center and Acting Chief of the Section of Neurodevelopmental Disabilities and Rehabilitation. He has been active in the care of children with disabilities and in clinical research on the treatment of Attention Deficit- Hyperactivity Disorder. He joined the faculty of the Child Study Center in the summer of 2003 and serves as Director of Clinical Services. |
