Susan R. Schmidt, PhD, is a psychologist at the Center on Child Abuse and Neglect. Dr. Schmidt received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Indiana State University. Her clinical and research interests include children exposed to domestic violence evidence-based interventions for trauma-exposed children, treatment outcome and program effectiveness, and treatment of adolescents with inappropriate or illegal sexual behavior. She currently directs the Child Trauma Services Program, the Collaborative Children’s Services Project, and the Research Practice Partnership Study. |
