Sharon M. Mullins, Ph.D, is an assistant professor of research and a clinical psychologist at the Center on Child Abuse and Neglect, University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Mullins directs the Infant Parenting Program, a federally and state funded program for women who used drugs while pregnant. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Florida State University and completed her internship in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a fellowship in Pediatric Psychology/Child Maltreatment from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Mullins’ research interests have focused on the treatment of women with substance abuse disorders, including the use of motivational interviewing with child welfare involved parents. |
