The $325 conference registration fee provides admission to the Wednesday pre-conference institutes, keynote address, and all workshops scheduled on Thursday and Friday. Continental breakfast each day, refreshment breaks, and conference CD. The TFCBT Institute being held September 23 - 24, requires a seperate registration fee. Single-day registration is $175, and two days at the conference is $275. A $185 student rate is available for full-time students (with proof of status) for all three days of the conference. Please send a copy of your valid student ID with your registration form.
Payment or purchase order MUST be submitted before conference registration will be processed.
Early Bird Registration deadline for the conference is September 5, 2008.
On-site registration for the conference will be available at a cost of $375 for three days, $325 for two days and $225 for one day. Three day, on site student registration is $210. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23rd and Wednesday September 24th, 7 a.m. on Thursday the 25th, and 8 a.m. on Friday the 26th.
Group registration rates are available to agencies with five or more individuals attending. For agencies sending five or more employees, 5 percent will be taken off each registration fee.

Conference cancellations MUST BE in writing. Cancellations received prior to August 15, 2008 will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received between September 1 and September 15 will be refunded 50 percent of the registration fee. Refunds will NOT be made for cancellations received after September 15, 2008. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Registration may be transferred to another participant at any time without penalty by submitting the replacement registration form or by calling Brenda Gentry at (405) 271-8858.
