* A copy of student ID must be enclosed with registration.
Registration includes admission to all conference sessions,
training materials, continental breakfasts, and refreshment
breaks. Cancellation of the conference registration must be
made in writing and requests received after February 29, 2008
will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
